HK is a Café come Bar come Bistro, located on the High Street in the heart of Cowes.  The owners’ aim is to provide an inexpensive café, bar and dining experience which is why they went for the tag line ‘Café ● Bar ● Bistro’. 

The owners, Brian and Caroline Hicks, took on the Harbour Kitchen in July 2017.  Together, with the support of the HK team, their aim is to source local produce wherever possible; serve delicious cakes; create great tasting yet inexpensive meals and flair fantastic drinks.

Brian and Caroline particularly like burgers and have a wide range to suit any diet, from your carnivore, vegetarian, vegan and even gluten free diets, they can cater for the many and not the few.  In addition to burgers, they also have their delicious baby back ribs which are prepared onsite and slowly cooked to ensure the meat always falls off the bone.  To view their full menu, click on the link

Caroline is also known for experimenting with her drinks creating some amazing cocktails for their patrons to enjoy.  Caroline created the ‘Flower Chase’ cocktail, this new and never seen before drink is both refreshing and can be enjoyed throughout the year.  Chase – Elderflower vodka, gin, pineapple juice and fresh lime juice, shaken over ice.
