A highly successful, 30-year career could have been snubbed during its inception had Charlotte given more credence to the assumptions of others and less to her beliefs in her own abilities and desires.

After sharing her plans for the future with a misguided teacher, Charlotte was told she would never make a very good hairdresser; it’s a good job she didn’t pay attention. Working her way up through the industry, Charlotte gained qualification, experience and a number of loyal clients who supported her so in 2001 she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey opening her first salon on Cowes High Street.

​20-years on and her Salon continues to provide clients with a premier service alongside some of the finest products and treatments. Charlotte is a Wella Colour Expert and through her Academy she passes on her knowledge and experience to her incredibly dedicated team who share her passion.
