Ladies Self Defence Course

2 hours of instruction using selected techniques – 30 applications – from their own personalised DNA Street Survival, Muay Thai and Warrior Krav Programs. This course is open to everyone of all levels (Beginners/Experienced) from 13 years+

All equipment will be provided, all you need to bring is comfortable clothing, shoes and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.
